WARREN, Ohio - Trumbull County Combined Health District (TCCHD) has announced Friday that it will be holding multiple COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Eastwood Mall during the week of Monday, Sept. 6.

The first clinic will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 7 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., a second clinic will take place on Thursday, Sept. 9 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and a third clinic will take place on Saturday, Sept. 11 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

All three vaccinations will be available at each clinic, and anyone who gets their first dose of either mRNA vaccine or their singular dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at any of these clinics will be eligible for a $100 Eastwood Mall gift card.

In addition, TCCHD will also be holding a clinic at their office (176, Chestnut Ave. NE, Warren) as well.

This clinic will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Both mRNA vaccines will be available at this clinic, but the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will not be available.

Anyone who receives their first dose of either mRNA vaccine at this clinic will be eligible for a $100 gift card.

TCCHD encourages anyone interested in attending any of these upcoming clinics to go to their website and download, print and fill out the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it along with one form of identification to the clinic. 

The Pfizer vaccine will be distributed to those age 12 and over and the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be distributed to those age 18 and over.  All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and no vaccines will be distributed to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
