Pfizer's COVID vaccine may soon be available for almost every school aged child.
The pharmaceutical company is plannig to submit data to the FDA on how its shots are effective in kids five to 11 years old.
Right now, Pfizer is only authorized for those 12 and older.
The company's CEO says they should have that data submitted by the end of the month, or possibly the first week of October. After that it will be up to the FDA to decide whether to approve the vaccine.
