YOUNGSTOWN -  A Grand Jury in Mahoning County has found enough evidence to put an Austintown man on trial for 25 charges filed in connection with a child pornography case.

Nicholas Marshall, 25, was indicted on multiple counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

According to Austintown Police, investigators received a tip from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task force that someone living at addresses on Bainbridge Drive and Woodland Trace had uploaded images and videos of nude children, some of them engaged in sex acts with adults.

One officer reported finding 33 such files.

Marshall was arrested in September.

A judge has issued a summons for Marshall to appear in court to answer the charges outlined in the indictment.
