No bond was set for a Youngstown man who entered a not plea at his arraignment hearing in Judge Sean O'Brien's Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Room Friday.
Ronieque Requel, 26, is charged with murdering a Warren man during a burglary in the home. Raquel was arraigned in Warren Municipal Court Tuesday on charges of murder, aggravated burglary, and having a weapon under a disability.
The charges came after Warren police were called out 1 a.m. Sunday to a home on the 2100 block of Milton SE to investigate a reported burglary with shots fired.
Inside the house, they found the man who lived there, 29-year-old Adam Spaid, had been shot several times. Spaid was taken to hospital, where he died.
Requel is set to appear in a pre-trial hearing on February 28 at 8:29 am in Judge Andrew Logan's courtroom.
