The second suspect in the murder of a Lisbon man has been indicted by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.

Christopher Mills, 43, of Washingtonville, has been indicted on charges of complicity to aggravated murder, complicity to murder and firearm specifications in the March 3 shooting death of 40-year-old Rusty Steele.

According to the Columbiana County Prosecutor's Office, Mills is accused of aiding and abetting Michael Blower, 31, of Salem, in the killing of Steele.

Blower is accused of shooting Steele in front of a home on West Spruce Street in Lisbon.

Mills is being held on a $1 million bond and is expected to be arraigned on August 31.

A jury trial is set for January 23, 2024.
