A 32-year-old woman arrested after a Warren police officer says she exposed her breasts to him has been sentenced.

Alexandria Overholser appeared in Warren Municipal Court on Tuesday where she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.  A charge of public indecency was dismissed.

According to a police report, officers investigating a report of someone threatening to shoot up a house on Burton Street SE in July found Overholser and other people outside.

An officer said Overholser kept walking away from police as they were investigating.

The police report says an officer had just removed handcuffs from Overholser when he asked about the possibility of a gun being involved in the incident.

Police say Overholser replied by saying something like, "You think I have a gun?", then lifted her shirt to expose her breasts.

The officer put the handcuffs back on the woman, booking her into the county jail.

Overholser was immediately sentenced after pleading guilty.   She was handed a suspended thirty-day jail sentence and placed on probation for one year.
