Woman pleads guilty to stealing silver coins in Bristol Twp.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A Canton woman has pleaded guilty to grand theft after allegedly stealing silver coins from a Bristol Township man.
Chi Thi Pham, 48, pleaded guilty Thursday in connection to the case.
According to a sheriff's report, the victim reported the June 2022 theft in January of this year. The report claimed that his son's girlfriend was doing housework at the time and allegedly stole three sugar containers with about 20 pounds of silver quarters inside.
After pleading guilty, Pham faces a potential six to 18-month prison sentence.
Trumbull County Judge Ronald Rice said he wants Pham to pay the victim the market price of an ounce of silver at the time of her conviction.
Prosecutors believe the amount will be around $7,500.
Pham's sentencing hearing is scheduled for December 21.
