Shroades sets basketball scoring mark in Columbiana County

The senior scored 29 points to surpass the old record that was set in 2012.

Southern Local's Ashley Shroades is the all-time points leader in Columbiana County.

She scored 29 in the Indians win over Valley Christian, 57-10, and now has 2,032 in her career. The old record was 2,012, set by Chelsea Bowker of Crestview in 2012.

Shades is also the school's all-time leader in assists, steals, rebounds, and three-pointers with 112. She broke the old 3-point record of 111 today as well.
