Two men are facing charges in Columbiana County for allegedly attempting to meet a woman for sex.

Matthew Quivers of Monongahela, Pennsylvania and Jason Drain of Boardman, are facing charges of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools.

According to the affidavits, Quivers and Drain allegedly interacted with an undercover ad on a known prostitution website that was posted by an agent with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

The affidavits say Quivers and Drain arranged to have sexual activity with the woman in exchange for cash.

Both men allegedly went to meet the woman in Unity Township and were found to have money and the cell phone used to schedule the meeting.

Quivers and Drain have both pleaded not guilty to the charges. Quivers has a pretrial hearing set for June 6 and Drain is due back in court on May 28.
