One dead after shooting at Warren apartment complex

29-year-old Kardell Lowery was found at an apartment on the 1300 Block of Fifth Street SW around 6:00 a.m. with several gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

WARREN, Ohio - One person is dead after a shooting at a Warren apartment complex Wednesday morning.

According to a press release, 29-year-old Kardell Lowery was found at an apartment on the 1300 Block of Fifth Street SW around 6:00 a.m. with several gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police do not have anyone in custody at this time, but say this is an ongoing investigation.
