'Sick of political signs', Boardman woman moves signs from neighbor's front yard

BOARDMAN TWP., Ohio - A Boardman woman tired of seeing all political campaign signs still up after Tuesday’s election decided to take matters into her own hands. But she could be in trouble if she does it again.
Police were called to a home on Vineland Place on Thursday where a resident told an officer that he saw his neighbor walk into his front yard, pull out the political campaign signs, and take them to his backyard.
According to the homeowner, the local letter carrier also saw it happen.
When the officer went to the neighbor’s home, she admitted moving the signs. After acknowledging that she knew it was wrong, she added that was “sick of seeing political signs”
The woman wasn’t arrested or charged. However, the officer warned that if she returned to her neighbor’s property, she could be arrested for criminal trespassing.
