Canfield Man Charged With Animal Abuse

A Canfield man pleads not guilty to 13-charges of animal cruelty. Fifteen horses were removed last month from the Racoon Road farm of Thomas Skelton. Investigators say some of the horses were being neglected. The judge hearing the case ordered that an investigator for Skelton's defense attorney be allowed to inspect the horses.
