The office of Ohio's Attorney General Marc Dann continues to make news.

Dann denied a Columbus Dispatch request for e-mails sent between him and his former scheduler, Jessica Utovich.

Now, it's important to note that as Attorney General and state legislator Dann has been an advocate for the release of public records.

The paper's request came just days before reporting about harassment claims made by two employees.

Utovich changed job titles to the office's travel director in January.
