WARREN, Ohio - Healthcare workers on the front lines of the COVID-19 battle found a special tribute at Trumbull Regional Medical Center in Warren early Friday.

In observance of National Hospital Week luminaries were set up outside of the Main Lobby, employee entrance, up the employee ramp, and across the East Market Street bridge.

Hospital officials say the purpose of the luminaries is to honor and thank hospital employees for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to patient care.

Each luminary, powered with a battery-powered light, displays a different message of gratitude, appreciation, strength, and encouragement.

National Hospital Week 2020 highlights the adage of every hospital, health system, and person involved in keeping our communities healthy – that health comes first.
