YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Red Cross has been called out to help two people forced to flee their burning home on Youngstown's East Side early Thursday.

Firefighters were called out after 4 a.m. to a two-and-a-half-story home on the 2000 block of Lansdowne Boulevard.

The first crews on the scene reported flames coming from the upper portion of the home and called another fire truck to come to the scene.

The attic floor of the home was heavily damaged.

Investigators suspect that the cause of the fire may have been electrical.

No one was injured.
