A fire breaks out at Premier Bar in Warren Tuesday morning. Warren firefighters spent several hours fighting the blaze. The building has been deemed a total loss.

One person is dead following a house fire on North Pearl Street in Columbiana. Authorities are working to determine the cause of the blaze.

A Mahoning County employee who was recently re-instated after being wrongly terminated has filed a federal lawsuit against the Mahoning County Commissioners, Acting Prosecutor Gina DeGenova, and County Administrator Audrey Tillis. 

Officers working security at the Southern Park Mall called Boardman Police for assistance after fights broke out Monday evening. Two juveniles were arrested.

 

Police and Humane Agents seized several dogs and puppies living in poor conditions from a home in Warren Monday. Trumbull County Animal Welfare League's Lori Shandor tells 21 News there are about dozen animals on the Milton Street property. A Humane Agent is working with the homeowner to improve the conditions of the home.

The Champion Police Department is offering a safe exchange zone for residents making online transactions. The exchange zone is located in the Champion Police Department parking lot, near the flag pole. The area will be monitored through video and audio 24/7.
