The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley is making sure everyone gets an Easter meal Sunday.

The organization offered breakfast, lunch and dinner in its dining hall for free.

Easter dinner, which includes ham, green beans, sweet potatoes and dinner rolls, is available until 7 p.m.

All of the food from the buffet table was made possible due to community donations.

Mike Myers, food service director for the Rescue Mission, said the mission expects to give out nearly 500 meals today.

"Our savior rose from the dead so for us to celebrate that is huge. So to be able to show the Lord's love to everybody that comes into this building, it's amazing," Myers said.

The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley has been offering a free meal on Easter for more than 30 years.
