After nearly two years, partly-constructed Lake Milton restaurant now up for sale

It's an idea residents in Milton Township loved the idea of, a restaurant right on the shore of Lake Milton. However, the idea that started coming together in 2023, is now up for sale. This partially-erected structure is a familiar sight for those traveling up and down Mahoning Avenue.
Real Estate Agent Dennis Gonatas tells 21 News that the half-acre lot is up for sale.
In April of 2024, 21 News first reported the abrupt halt in construction.
At that time, construction equipment was removed from the site, and a mechanics' lien posted on the property, almost a year after the first phase of construction was approved by Milton Township Zoning on May 24, 2023.
These liens are similar to a mortgage that's put on the property by contractors or material suppliers to cover themselves in the event they don't get paid. This particular lien was placed by the Parillo Builders, who were contracted to do the build.
21 News made multiple attempts to contact Chrissy Long but she could not be reached. The contractor and architect declined to comment on the matter. Attorney Gina Agresta Richardson, who was listed on the Mechanics' Lien, would not make a comment on the matter.
